In order to book an appointment online, you will need to add a credit card to your file. Please keep in mind that your card will not be charged at this time. You will be able to choose a final payment method after you attend your appointment.

HealthOne has a cancellation and rescheduling policy for all of our patients. We require 24-48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you miss, cancel, or reschedule an appointment within the 48-hour time frame you will be charged 50% of the treatment price. Within the 24 hour window or a “no show” you will be charged 100% of the treatment price for Rehab and Wellness services.
